Ingredients


Makes: 8 servings
  • 3 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 can (14 oz can/398 ml) pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) Apple Pie Spice, or Chai Spice

Preparation


 
  • Allow banana to sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes prior to use.
  • In a food processor, blend all ingredients. Pour into freezer-safe dish and freeze at least 4–6 hours. Scoop and serve.
